It's okay to not be okay. It happens to the best of us. The important thing is not to stay there. I like to provide a space where clients feel comfortable processing difficult emotions so they can leave the session feeling a greater sense of resilience, confidence, and happiness. I believe that starting with a strength-based and relational approach and tailoring the sessions to your needs is important to building rapport and trust in the session. I encourage people to be themselves and move towards personal awareness and acceptance.
I believe everyone has the ability to have the life they desire, but sometimes there are limiting beliefs, thoughts and subconscious tendencies that get in the way of us living our best life. My job is to remove these blocks by teaching you how to heal, change, and reprogram. I work with adults (25 and older) to heal emotional wounds and find happiness.
